The Carpet Store (COVID-19) UPDATE:

The Carpet Store is closed until Governor Mike DeWine lifts the statewide Shelter in Place effective until 04-06-20. We will open with normal hours that day.

All calls to our Centerville and Beavercreek stores are being forwarded to Company Manager, Alex. Thank you for your continued support!

The safety and well-being of our staff, installers and customers are always our highest priorities. We are mindful of concerns surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive, following the recommendations of US Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the State of Ohio and Montgomery County.

We want to share the steps we are taking to safeguard our staff, installers and customers. We have implemented extra precautionary measures to disinfect our showroom warehouse and bathrooms throughout the day. Showroom and warehouse areas are already cleaned daily, but we are increasing the frequency of cleaning for high-touch and high-traffic areas such as showrooms, tables and bathrooms. Additionally, any samples returned will be disinfected before being returned to the showroom.

Both our Beavercreek and Centerville locations will remain open with regular hours. We may have to alter hours at a moment’s notice based on what Governor DeWine is recommending. We will post additional updates about store hours as needed. In the event of a state mandated closure, we have already put in place procedures for three employees to keep in contact with customers during this time. We will have all phone calls from both stores directed to one of three  employees.

Although we would love to see you at the stores, if you are sick or feeling unwell, we urge you to stay home and avoid close contact with others, as recommended by the CDC and State of Ohio.

We encourage you to stay informed and to follow the guidance provided by public health officials. We will continue to evaluate this evolving situation on a daily basis and post updates here!! Thank you for your support and understanding during this challenging time.
